Not long at all. Once you send a message on WhatsApp, you’ll typically hear back within minutes during the day. Confirm your dates, sort payment, and you’re booked. The whole process from first message to confirmed reservation usually takes less than an hour.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Orange), and bank transfers. Payment details are shared during your booking conversation on WhatsApp before anything is finalised. Payments can be made in cash on arrival at the property. However, only payment confirms booking.
In most cases we prefer one payment method to keep things clean and easy to track. If you have a specific situation, reach out on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can work out.
Booking Questions
Yes, as long as the reservation hasn’t been confirmed and the dates are still available. Send us a message on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out.
Contact us on WhatsApp with your name and the property you booked. Cancellations are handled case by case depending on how close you are to your check-in date. The earlier you reach out, the better.

Your booking confirmation is sent to you directly on WhatsApp. Check your conversation with us. Everything you need including the property name, dates, and payment details will be there.
Help on your reservations
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you realise. We’ll reach out to the host on your behalf right away. The sooner you let us know the better the chances of recovering it.
Do not make any payment until you have received a confirmed response from us on WhatsApp. If you have sent a message and haven’t heard back within a few hours during the day, send a follow-up. We don’t leave people on read.
Simply forward your WhatsApp booking confirmation to whoever needs it. It has all the relevant details including the property name, address, and check-in dates.
